This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected and used through brandonreeveslcsw.com, the informational website for my private psychotherapy practice.
This policy applies only to this website. It does not apply to the confidential clinical records created if you become a client. Those records are governed separately by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Notice of Privacy Practices provided at the beginning of treatment.

My Google Workspace account is covered by a current HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with Google. However, because website contact forms and email are not intended for transmitting confidential clinical information, visitors should avoid submitting detailed health information through these methods.
JaneApp
When you select Book Free Consultation, you are redirected to JaneApp for scheduling.
Once you leave this website, your use of JaneApp is governed by JaneApp's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Cloudflare
This website uses Cloudflare to provide content delivery, security, and protection against malicious traffic. As part of providing these services, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses and other connection data.
